As well as no longer being allowed to go behind the waterfall, is it true you are now no longer allowed to go to the top of the waterfall?

Yes, I remember paying four old pence, but the current owner has done extensive renovations and has to pay high insurance premiums. Last time I was there I climbed to the top, but this freedom might have changed in the last couple of years.
